FAQ
Puis-je changer de forfait plus tard ?
Oui — passez à un forfait supérieur ou inférieur à tout moment depuis Paramètres → Facturation. Le calcul au prorata est automatique.
Qu'en est-il des frais de transaction ?
Tous les forfaits utilisent Stripe Connect pour les paiements. La plateforme prélève une légère commission de 5 % sur les commandes en ligne (personnalisable avec Enterprise). Les frais propres à Stripe (~1,5 % + 20 p au Royaume-Uni) sont répercutés.
Prenez-vous en charge plusieurs devises ?
Oui. Chaque restaurant définit sa propre devise (EUR, USD, GBP, JPY, etc.). Toutes les devises prises en charge par Stripe fonctionnent.
Les clients peuvent-ils payer avec mes cartes-cadeaux ?
Oui — les cartes-cadeaux sont émises par la plateforme, mais le crédit s'applique dans n'importe quel restaurant sur OpenALaCarte (l'achat du client émetteur le finance à hauteur de 1:1).
Y a-t-il des frais d'installation ?
Non. L'essai gratuit est bien réel — Starter ou Pro complet pendant 14 jours, sans carte bancaire.
RGPD / SOC2 / PCI ?
Export RGPD en libre-service complet sur /settings/data. Périmètre PCI réduit grâce à Stripe (nous ne manipulons jamais les numéros de carte). La certification SOC2 Type II est prévue dans notre feuille de route pour fin 2026.
