¿Puedo cambiar de plan más adelante?
Sí: sube o baja de plan en cualquier momento desde Ajustes → Facturación. El prorrateo es automático.
¿Qué pasa con las comisiones por transacción?
Todos los planes usan Stripe Connect para los pagos. La plataforma cobra una pequeña comisión de aplicación del 5 % sobre los pedidos en línea (personalizable en Enterprise). Las comisiones propias de Stripe (~1,5 % + 20 p en el Reino Unido) se repercuten.
¿Admiten varias divisas?
Sí. Cada restaurante define su propia divisa (EUR, USD, GBP, JPY, etc.). Funcionan todas las divisas compatibles con Stripe.
¿Pueden los comensales pagar con mis tarjetas regalo?
Sí: las tarjetas regalo las emite la plataforma, pero el crédito se aplica en cualquier restaurante de OpenALaCarte (la compra del comensal emisor lo financia 1:1).
¿Hay cuota de instalación?
No. La prueba gratuita es real: Starter o Pro completos durante 14 días, sin necesidad de tarjeta.
¿RGPD / SOC2 / PCI?
Exportación de datos RGPD de autoservicio completa en /settings/data. Alcance de PCI minimizado gracias a Stripe (nunca tocamos los números de tarjeta). La certificación SOC2 Tipo II está en la hoja de ruta para finales de 2026.
