Ja — jederzeit unter Einstellungen → Abrechnung auf einen höheren oder niedrigeren Tarif wechseln. Die anteilige Berechnung erfolgt automatisch.
Was ist mit Transaktionsgebühren?
Alle Tarife nutzen Stripe Connect für Zahlungen. Die Plattform erhebt eine geringe Anwendungsgebühr von 5 % auf Online-Bestellungen (bei Enterprise anpassbar). Die Stripe-eigenen Gebühren (~1,5 % + 20 p in UK) werden weitergereicht.
Unterstützen Sie mehrere Währungen?
Ja. Jedes Restaurant legt seine eigene Währung fest (EUR, USD, GBP, JPY usw.). Alle von Stripe unterstützten Währungen funktionieren.
Können Gäste mit meinen Geschenkkarten bezahlen?
Ja — Geschenkkarten werden von der Plattform ausgegeben, das Guthaben gilt jedoch in jedem Restaurant auf OpenALaCarte (der Kauf des ausgebenden Gastes finanziert es 1:1).
Gibt es eine Einrichtungsgebühr?
Nein. Die kostenlose Testphase ist echt — volles Starter oder Pro für 14 Tage, ohne Kreditkarte.
DSGVO / SOC2 / PCI?
Vollständiger DSGVO-Self-Service-Datenexport unter /settings/data. PCI-Geltungsbereich durch Stripe minimiert (wir berühren niemals Kartennummern). SOC2 Typ II ist für Ende 2026 in der Roadmap geplant.
