FAQ
Can I switch plans later?
Yes — upgrade or downgrade any time from Settings → Billing. Prorated automatically.
What about transaction fees?
All plans use Stripe Connect for payments. Platform takes a small 5% application fee on online orders (customisable on Enterprise). Stripe's own fees (~1.5% + 20p UK) are passed through.
Do you support multiple currencies?
Yes. Each restaurant sets its own currency (EUR, USD, GBP, JPY, etc.). All Stripe-supported currencies work.
Can diners pay with my gift cards?
Not yet. Gift cards are built but switched off platform-wide until the wallet programme launches — a card's balance is spent as wallet credit, so we won't sell one that can't be redeemed. We'll tell you before it goes live.
Is there a setup fee?
No. The 14-day trial is the full Starter or Pro plan. You enter card details to start it and nothing is charged until it ends — cancel before then and you pay nothing.
GDPR / SOC2 / PCI?
Full GDPR self-serve data export at /settings/data. PCI scope minimised via Stripe (we never touch card numbers). SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001 are planned; neither is held today and no audit engagement has started.
