Free, Starter or Pro — which should I pick?
Start on Free: get listed, take bookings through your widget, and pay just 5% per confirmed booking with nothing monthly. Move to Starter (£19/mo, 4%) for the floor-plan builder, analytics, CRM, promo codes and SMS reminders. Step up to Plus (£69/mo, 3.5%) for proposals, banquet event orders and seating charts, or Pro (£149/mo, 3%) for AI insights, automation and the lowest self-serve commission.
Can I switch between them?
Yes, any time from your dashboard under Plan & usage. Changes are prorated automatically.
What counts as a 'confirmed booking' for commission?
Only bookings the operator confirms and that don't get cancelled count. No-shows don't count. Refunds reverse the commission.
Do you take a cut on direct walk-ins?
No — commission only applies to bookings made through OpenALaCarte (web, app, your widget). Walk-ins logged manually are free.
