Your rights under the GDPR
Right of Access
Art. 15 GDPRYou can ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, along with information about how and why we process it.

Right to Rectification
Art. 16 GDPRIf any of the personal data we hold about you is inaccurate or incomplete, you have the right to have it corrected or completed.
How: Update your details in your profile, or email privacy@openalacarte.com.
Right to Erasure
Art. 17 GDPRAlso known as the 'right to be forgotten', you can ask us to delete your personal data where there is no overriding reason for us to keep it.
How: Delete your account from your settings, or email privacy@openalacarte.com.
Right to Restrict Processing
Art. 18 GDPRIn certain circumstances you can ask us to limit the way we use your personal data while a concern is being resolved.

Right to Data Portability
Art. 20 GDPRYou can ask to receive your personal data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, and to have it transferred to another provider.

Right to Object
Art. 21 GDPRYou can object to us processing your personal data for direct marketing, or where we rely on legitimate interests as our legal basis.

Data Protection Officer
Our Data Protection Officer oversees how we collect, store and use personal data. You can contact them directly at dpo@openalacarte.com with any privacy concern.
Supervisory Authority
If you believe we have not handled your personal data lawfully, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the data protection supervisory authority in your country of residence.
Response Times
We aim to respond to every data-subject request within one month of receiving it. For complex or numerous requests this period may be extended by a further two months, and we will always let you know if that is the case.
