Questions, answered

How is a company account priced?

Per location, never a flat fee. At each location your highest-priced module sets the base, and every other module at that same site is +£29/mo — so a hotel that also runs F&B, an event space and a prep kitchen is one location, not four subscriptions. A volume discount comes off every location as your portfolio grows (10% at 2–4, 15% at 5–9, 20% at 10–24), plus a flat £29/mo company account fee.

What are the transaction fees?

On top of your subscription, each property keeps its own per-transaction model: restaurants pay a 5% platform fee on online orders; venues pay a per-confirmed-booking commission (5% Free → 4% Starter → 3% Pro, from 1% on Enterprise); kitchens have no commission — they're flat subscription; hotels pay a 5% platform fee on stay payments taken through the booking engine. Stripe's own card fees (~1.5% + 20p in the UK) are passed through. Enterprise contracts can negotiate reduced or 0% rates across the group.

Why isn't it four full subscriptions if I use four modules?

Because it's one operation — one team, one P&L. Charging a single integrated hotel four full plans (≈£476) would be absurd; you pay its modules (£236) plus the £29 company account fee = ≈£265/mo all-in. We also earn transaction fees on orders and bookings, so the software stays affordable.

What's the company account fee for?

The cross-property layer single-property accounts never get: the group dashboard, central staff & menus, one invoice, company-wide loyalty and cross-property analytics. A flat £29/mo, regardless of how many locations.

Do I need more than one module?

Yes — a company account combines modules, so it needs at least one add-on (a location running two or more). Running a single module? Use the matching single-property plan instead.

What counts as a 'location'?

A physical site. One site can run several modules (rooms + restaurant + events + kitchen) and is billed as one location; separate sites each count toward the volume discount.
