Is the Free plan really free?
Yes — Free is perpetual: no card, no expiry. It lists your shop in the public directory with a catalogue of up to 30 products and allergen labels. Taking orders online starts on Starter.
Do I need tables or a booking system?
No. Shops are retail-only — no tables, no QR table ordering, no reservations. You get click-and-collect, delivery and a self-order kiosk for the counter instead.
Can I sell a weekly bread or coffee subscription?
Yes, from Plus. Memberships bill your regulars on a schedule, and loyalty stamp cards replace the paper one you're probably already running.
How do allergen labels work?
Every product carries its ingredient and allergen list. A printed label is a versioned snapshot, not a live view — so it can never silently drift from a recipe that changed after it was printed.
