Was zählt als „bestätigte Buchung“ für die Provision?
Es zählen nur Buchungen, die der Betreiber bestätigt und die nicht storniert werden. No-Shows zählen nicht. Rückerstattungen machen die Provision rückgängig.
Nehmen Sie eine Provision auf Laufkundschaft?
Nein — die Provision gilt nur für Buchungen, die über OpenALaCarte getätigt werden (Web, App, Ihr Widget). Manuell erfasste Laufkundschaft ist kostenlos.
