Yes. Each menu item can link to a recipe in your kitchen module. We compute food cost + GP% live every time recipe ingredients are repriced.

Does the menu localise prices to currency?

Yes. Display currency is per-restaurant. We don't FX-convert prices automatically — you set the price in your local currency.
